Front Desk (Student Achievement Center)- Provide excellent customer service to Student Achievement Center users. Monitor activity in the SAC and help enforce SAC policies. Answer SAC welcome desk phone and answer general questions about the SAC. Facilitate and checkout equipment for loan, including study room reservations. Assist users in the computer lab with basic tasks including account activation, using email, scanning, printing, stocking printer paper etc. Direct students to sign in and out of Tutortrac software. Assist with opening and closing duties. Refer students to permanent staff members for requests and advanced questions. Writing Center Receptionist- The Writing Center Receptionist is responsible for promptly welcoming all students to the Writing Center space and creating a comfortable environment for anyone who comes to the space. The Reception directs students to appropriate tutors, schedules appointments, maintains space when needed, communicates with SAC desk workers, answers phone calls and communicates with the Truax Coordinator any activities impacting the services provided in the Writing Center.

Recreation Office Attendants Fitness Center Office Attendants or Recreation Office Attendant, greet each person that walks by the Fitness Center service desk, assist with inquiries for the facility both in person and on the phone, sell memberships, locker rentals and apparel, check in members and students using the facility, check out and in fitness equipment when available, regular cash handling and deposits, regulate access to the facilities, assist with intramural sports and other events for setup and registration, some minor cleaning and upkeep.

Student Assistant (Budget Office) – This position will be part of the Madison College budget team by providing budget and accounting support. In addition to assisting in budget monitoring and other financial management tasks, this position will also be responsible for clerical duties, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
