SHPE Google Stem Scholarship for Computer Majors– Students should be pursuing a computer science or computer engineering degree, or a degree in a closely related technical field such as Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Web Development, Video Game Development, Accounting Information Systems, Database Design & Development, etc.

Applicant: Minimum cumulative GPA above 2.80; currently enrolled in an eligible bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited four-year college or university; completed at least one full-time year of study for undergraduate applicants, and at least one full-time semester of study for graduate applicants; must reside in the U.S.; submit one letter of recommendation from a university administer/faculty or community leader.

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship– The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship makes it possible for the nation’s top community college students to complete their bachelor’s degrees by transferring to a selective four-year college or university. The Foundation provides up to $40,000 per year to each of approximately 85 deserving students selected annually, making it the largest private scholarship for two-year and community college transfer students in the country.
Applicants: Current students at an accredited U.S. community college or two-year institution with sophomore status by January 1, 2017, or a recent graduate (since spring 2012), who plan to enroll full time in a baccalaureate program at an accredited college or university in fall 2017. Must have a cumulative undergraduate grade point average of 3.5 or better on a scale of 4.0 and demonstrate significant unmet financial need (will consider applicants with family income up to $95,000). Student may not have not previously enrolled at or attended a four-year institution.
